Hi hoping someone out there can help me, my son was given a new laptop for school work and once it was turned on an connected to WiFi it was turned back off an left to charge, only to find when we turned it back on there was suddenly a pasword. My son is very disappointed and I haven't a clue what to do please help, thanks in advance
