Brother’s Hp Envy X360 won’t turn on - Motherboard issue

Hey guys. I was wondering how much it would cost to replace the motherboard on my brother’s HP ENVY X360 (warranty expired 2 years ago).It is definitely the motherboard as I tested to see if there was any other issues. I didn’t wanna do it DIY, and was wondering if anyone got it fixed with HP or if anyone knows the cost.
