Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It sends me to this HP adress where I should login on every startup.

https://h30125.www3.hp.com/hpcsn/ElfOnline/elf_enduser_main.aspx?code=elem::ses1&orderrefnum=FC73F20...

it shows

HP Channel Service Network

We're sorry, but an unexpected error has occured.

Please try the page again, and if the error re-occurs try the below steps before
contacting your HP administrator, or the HP GCSN Business Support Organization.

Step 1: Please click here to return to the GCSN main page.

Step 2: If the above does not work your GCSN session likely timed out,
please click here to logout of the GCSN application, then login again.

If I sign in this message appears

Channel Service Network

Your HPID user ID is valid, but there are no GCSN user credentials linked to this ID. For help, please contact GCSN Business Support Organization.

Please click here to logout of the GCSN application, then login again.
