Product: HP g6 2315ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a customers laptop HP G6 2315 AX. In all my years of repairing I have never since this. I have changed the memory and the ssd and reinstalled windows 10. I removed the laptops battery and used a another power cord. I took out the dvd rom and the wifi card. Here are the codes. Thanks for your help.
