Hi, I am using the microsoft sign in account to access laptop, recently I removed an alias email from the account & since then I have been unable to log-in (password incorrect).  I have re-set the password using other device but still cant sign in.  Is it possible to bypass the microsoft log-in ??

Bypass Microsoft sign in page

Hi @Sarah1702

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

Try to login with either PC online and offline (connected and disconnected to the Internet).

Please, take a look at this sticky post > http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/I-forgot-my-password-can-HP-help...

Since this is Microsoft account login issue, you may contact Microsoft support for assistance > https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Hope this helps
