Hello,

does anybody know if there is a Option to Bypass the Systempassword on a reboot, didn't find any.

It would be very successfull after Remote Reboots while System Updates or something else.

Thanks a lot

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.

For BIOS or power-on password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.

I don't want to reset the password oder bypass it on bootup. I know the password. So i don't need to replace the motherboard.

I want to bypass the password when rebooting the OS.

Cause when I am AFK i can't type the password via remote maintenance.

Other manufactures  give me this Option in the BIOS. But at this HP model i didn't find something like that.
