I HAVE AN HP 250 G4 THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON FLASHES 3 TIMES SHORT WHITE COLOR, SHOULD IT BE THE RIGHT RAM MODULE? I TRIED TO REPLACE IT BUT NOTHING TRIED HARD RESET AND REMOVE THE BUFFER BATTERY, WHAT ELSE MAY BE? THE PC DOES NOT SCREEN BLACK ONLY 3 FLASH CAPS LOCK

Hi,

Yes. Usually indicates a problem with the RAM modules. So, first reseating the modules and see if it helps. Use only one module and try the two slots (if there are two slots in notebook). The next step would be to try some known good RAM module.

If it still does not work, even with new RAM, it most likleyis a problem with the motherboard.
