Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello sir, 
I am having cmos 502 error on the startup. It says invalid checksum and the previous version is restored, "press enter to reboot". On hitting the enter key, my notebook does get logged in to the windows but battery doesn't charge. It says plugged in (0% available) but no sign of charging. 

My notebook is Hp Laptop 14-bs0xx and the serial number is attached on the field above. 

Looking forward for a solution.
