HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy x360-15-u410nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop shows a cmos 502 error saying that it is invalid. When I boot it up, it either shows this error, stays on a black screen, or starts up normally and runs windows. I tried BIOS update and recovery, but I cannot get the BIOS to appear. I have tried using the windows key + B/windows key + V. When I try this, it says boot device invalid and then remains on a black screen. I’m unsure of what is causing the issue
