Product: HP Chromebook 14b-na0000 (2H5H6AV)

I bought a brand new laptop on clearance at Walmart. I wasn’t able to fire it up for a couple months. Now I have turned it on. It shows a username and requires a password. This was brand new in the box, never been opened before. I can’t access anything else other than select a Wi-FI. Which I’m hesitant to do because this laptop is supposed to be brand new.  How do I delete this user and use my laptop? Walmart was no help.
