Can't access bios

HP Recommended
HP Notebook - 15-ay185nb
Linux

The problem started when my laptop suddenly shutdown. I started my laptop again but I got the issue cmos error 502.

Now I can't access the bios settings, it asked for a password. After 3 tries the laptop gives the following messages "System Disabled [i 92556608]". How can I solve this problem?

Sounds like possibly the hard drive failed causing the sudden shut down. That can also trigger a prompt for a password when none had been set. You will need to contact HP for help with this:
