HP ZBook Dock with Thunderbolt 3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Zbook 15 G3 and it's associated port replicator. When I boot the machine the monitors, keyboard etc. do not work through the port replicator until the machine is mid way through it's boot. This means that the monitors and keyboard do not work until after the Bitlocker PIN is entered, and therefore I have to enter my Bitlocker PIN before connecting to the port replicator (or I have to open the lid and use the laptop keyboard - either way, both scenarios are annoying).

Is there a way to enable the monitors / keyboard through the port replicator before Bitlocker PIN entry?

EDIT: Although I have specified the OS as Win10x64, it also applies to Win7x64.
