Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14m-dw1013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can get into my Microsoft account and it says the recovery key isn’t there. I can’t even reset my laptop. I tried all the options and am completely stuck at the Bitlocker recovery key screen.

I understand that you are unable to find the Bitlocker key. I'd like to help!

 

Please follow the steps from the link here.

 

Note: Keeping UEFI firmware up to date before installing this Windows update is strongly advised.
