Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

I need HP support to call me at [Personal Information Removed] because I can't get through to anyone to help me. 

When I call [Personal Information Removed], they put me back in line for help & I only get music.

I have been trying to get my HP laptop repaired for 2 weeks now.  1st open case # [Personal Information Removed].  However, it showed up as closed & I was assigned a new open case number ID [Personal Information Removed].
