Can't log in, Bitlocker password failed - Reset to Factory Settings

HP Recommended
HP Pavillion x 2 10-N109TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

First the problem was that I needed my Bitlocker Password, which I got and entered and it didn't work. Then I found some info to enter a command code when the Bitlocker Password isn't working and that didn't work. Now I'm stuck at Choose an option screen and don't know how to get back into my laptop. I've only had it for a couple of months so I'm happy to reset to factory settings, if that is easiest.

Just so you know, performing a factory reset you will lose all of your data.

Turn off the machine, plug into charger. Upon reboot tap the F11 key repeatedly. Select Troubleshoot, HP Recovery Manager. When it shows up select Select Factory Reset. This may take a few hours to ensure it stays plugged in. It will reboot a few times, but its just doing its job.
