Hello - My Mom has the same computer as me,  She had not used it in quite a bit.  She forgot her login and there is nothing on her log in screen that says forget password or login or anything..........Can you help?  Her name is Marge DiVirgilio  [personal info removed]- Anything you can do to help us would be much appreciated!  Thanks - Mike McDonough
