If the computer is "frozen" and CTRL + ALT + CANC does not work or ALT+ F4 doesnt give the shutdown options., press and hold power button until the computer turns off and then restart the computer.

Hi,

Is your computer freezing? Does the mouse and keyboard not respond?

If you are having a computer that constantly freezes it could be a hardware problem. Try to perform a hardware diagnostics at startup. When starting computer press F2 and perform test of system. See if there are any hardware problems such as the hard drive.
