Hello,

I am quite concerned with the inside that the new ho computer I just purchased 3 days ago, will not allow me to sign in and gain access to the computer anymore. I keep signing in but it takes me to the pin set up stage every time and then says ‘something went wrong’ with that stage. The next thing I was asked to do was skip the process but every time I do, it takes me all the way back to the sign in page. During this process the screen went blank and I struggled quite a bit to turn it on.  It is a Hp envy x360 convertible model 15-ee0000na. It will be well appreciated to gain some information on this soon as I have an important project later on today. Thank you
