Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ever since I updated to the latest windows 10 my speakers and audio jack haven’t been working properly and now my laptop blacked out and it isn’t charging

please be a bit more specific. What does it not do or what is it doing what it normally isnt doing.
