I'm India. Today, a sound hissed and wheezed on my laptop. I solved the problem by disabling and re-enabling the Realtek High Definition Audio sound card. I solved the problem by disabling and re-enabling the Realtek High Definition Audio sound card and decided to update the driver for it through your download and installation assistant. When I try to install a driver update, I get an error message:
"The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19045)."
HP envy x-360Convertible 13-ay0xx (purchased in 2020). Configuration:
a) OS: Windows 10 Home SL 64bit 22H2
b) Motherboard : 876e
Can anyone help me?
