Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I going out on a limb here, would anyone know how to access the advanced bios settings? I have done it once before but now since I updated the bios, it looks completely different and hp support had no luck.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Access the BIOS Setup utility using a series of key presses during the boot process.

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

  2. Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.

  3. Press F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.
