Cannot log into laptop (HP ENVY M)

HP ENVY M

My “sign in app” has been deleted (I have no idea how) and when I try to sign back in it says “redownload sign in app” but the computer dose not connect to internet without signing in. I’ve connected Ethernet cord directly to the laptop and it still does not sign in

@WishBob

There is no actual "sign in app" for Windows 10 -- the login is built into the OS and is not a separate app. So, it is not removable and for the same reason, is not downloadable.

If you had to sign into something that then connected you to the Internet, it sounds like you are using a work PC that was set up to log you into the work domain when you signed it.  IF that is the case, we can not help you with that.

Your best bet at this point, since we have no access to your laptop, is to take it to a local laptop repair facility and see what they can do for you.  If they determine this is a domain issue, they will tell you to take the laptop back to your company.
