Hello suport,

 

I ve tried to login on my laptop and it seems kind of blocked. I used mu password and I get a message it is a wrong password. I ve tried other login methods and I used fingerprint (I ve used before) and I got a message that the fingerprint is not verified. I ve tried with microsoft account, registered to my e mail and I got a message that it is a wrong password. I ve tried to login to my microsoft account with tje same password and I ve succeded. 

Pleae help me with this matter.
