Product: HP Notebook - 14s-df0010tu

I have a Hp Notebook which you cant open the bottom up. The caps is blinking 3 then 2 and the screen wont turn on. Please help I really need my laptop. The pc runs and the fan is on but no screen. Ive looked up some few steps to what it is some say it the bios and i did the step with the windows button + b keys then it came up with the bios update then half way through it, the pc turned of and went back to blinking. Please help me.
