Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am getting this problem when I am starting up my laptop hp pavilion model 15-ck047TX. After starting the laptop I see that the caps lock blinks 3 slow times and 2 fast times. Can someone help me?

Hi @vhenlc 

 

This sequence of LEDs indicates that the memory is damaged or not compatible with the device, you should open the device and if you have two memories try one at a time and switch between slots.
