Caps lock light blinks on HP probook once

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have a HP ProBook which was given to me by my school

 

It was working perfectly fine, until this morning, I turned it on, and The caps lock light blinked once. I did not see the HP SureStart Screen like usual, just a black one. I really need some help, as this does not belong to me and it is property of my school

Then, you need to take it back to the school and have them replace it -- as we have no way to diagnose or fix problems with a laptop that is not yours.
