Hello,
I had a problem with this (Windows 10) computer with not shutting down fully, the solution I found was to update the bios. This fixed the issue but 2 more arose. Everytime the computer boots up not from a restart, it would ask for a keyboard layout and would scan and repair my C drive, i managed to fix the C drive scaning but still cant fix the keyboard layout from coming up everytime i boot up the computer.
