Chromebook X360 14b-ca0013dx
Chrome OS

I submitted a support request prior to Thanksgiving and got no response

I researched online and ordered a new Power Cord, when it came in after Thanksgiving, it did not help.

Now I went to submit another ticket and I am getting a message that my Chromebook X360 is out of Warranty? The machine was working perfectly fine, and then one day it just stopped turning on. No light when it's plugged in and no matter what I do to try and boot the machine, it's totally dead

Looking for any answers or solutions on what I can do as the machine is for my daughters school work and wouldn't expect a machine that is just at the 1 year mark to totally die.

Again I have tried, New Power Cord (Did not work), Changing Outlets (Did not work), Holding Power and Refresh button for 10 seconds (Did not work)

Looking for any suggestions

Thanks in advance

Brian
