Product: Pavilion 17-CD0077NF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Help me please. I only encounter serious problems on this computer, as soon as it is plugged into the mains the Processor remains stuck at 799Mhz and the GTX 1650 does not allow me to have more than 5 FPS whatever the game. It only works correctly in battery mode, but obviously no more than an hour in play.
I have found a solution to restore my CPU to working order by using Throttlestop in mains connected mode. But how can my PC only work normally in battery mode ?! Is that totally absurd ?!
I want to be able to erase my bios password to be able to change it. However, I can't do it because I lost the previous password.
I will no longer purchase an HP product. I will talk about your products sold while defective.
