Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (77X86AV)

Hi based in UK badly let down by HP. No collection for repair of HP and no communication from DPD courier. 

They have not turned up to collect or bothered to contact me.

 

Repeatedly having to call useless staff on 0207 660 0596.

 

Today really need to speak to someone senior by email or call to deal with this urgent issue.

 

Can anyone provide details?

Sorry, but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.


We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.


We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repair (i.e., Service Centers), sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
