Product: Elite Book 840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Yesterday my computer worked fine. Today I took it out of the bag and pushed the power button, after about 3 seconds it turns off.
I have tried hitting esc and nothing happens. I have also tried doing a hard reset by removing the battery. I have allowed it to charge then tried starting it. I have unplugged the adapter and tried starting it.
Same result each time.
I have 3 days left before my class ends and all the info is stored on my computer.
I desperately need to get it to work
It is refurbished and I only got it 7 months ago.
