Computer upgrades

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Almost every time a upgrade that requires shut or restart it doesn't restart until after several attempts.  One of these upgrades its not going to start up.

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 
  • Is there any error message when you turn on the computer?
