Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I have an HP 15-dw1053dx laptop, and the other day my computer shut off randomly and when I went to restart, it said something about a bios update, but then crashed in the middle of it. now when i restart it, it shows the "HP Bios update screen" and says "Initializing..." for about two seconds and then crashes and does this in a loop. Could someone please help? I can't find a bios recovery program for my laptop either, just a bios update that works in the OS (which i cannot get to). Thank you!
