Last night I was online with Dhgate canceling and order my computer shut off and as it was going of I seen it say shutdown system locked. And then and now when i try to turn it on without being plugged in nothing happens at all.  With the battery in or out while plugged in when you push the power the little light on front representing a lightning bolt blinks orange and or white for a few seconds but the computer does nothing.  This happens a few weeks ago also but I just kept trying now and then plugging and gouging it and it then worked fine till last night now all it does is blinks orange and white for a few seconds

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
