Product: HP pavilion 15 P001-TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, My HP Pavilion P 001 TX laptop got interrupted during a bios update now the Laptop is displaying nothing during power on except the power button getting lit up and the caps lock button blinking for 3 times and after 3 sets of blinking the power is cut off and the laptop repeats the process again. I tried loading a new bios through a 16gb USB stick and powering on  holding the windows key + B & windows key +V it doesn't seem to work. Please help me out with a solution.
