So, I was personalizing my new* laptop and was getting rid of the preinstalled stuff. I go to add or remove programs and started deleting. One of the programs I was deleting (Some hp thing) wasn't going away or doing anything. So I go into the program files and do manually. I find some other files I want to delete so I delete them (Still inside Program Files (86x)/hp) and delete something called recovery (I can't really remember) and restart the computer. Now i'm on a blue screen with recovery options. I tried everything and can't even wipe the computer.

 

I literally just need some hp files. But, if I do get them, I can't even accses the drive

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
