Product: HP Notebook 15-ac151sa (ENERGY STAR)

Hello,

Is it possible to download the BIOS for an HP 15-ac151sa (ENERGY STAR) notebook, for installing via a USB stick?

My flatmate's old laptop doesn't boot (screen comes on; fans spin; messages appear on screen when F keys are pressed; but nothing else happens) and the most likely problem is a corrupt BIOS.

I've tried using HP's own library, but there are no drivers available for this laptop.

This is a last-ditch attempt to fix the laptop, before it goes to a landfill.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

 

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Notebook 15 and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
