Hi:

 

You will need to replace that memory module.

 

If you discover that your notebook has two memory modules, you can remove the defective one, and run the notebook on the remaining chip until you can buy a new one.

 

Consult the service manual for your specific model x360 notebook for the memory module removal and replacement procedure.
