ENVY m7-J010dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just replaced the original 1TB hard drive with a 1 TB SSD.  After the change, I used Acronis True Image 2020 to clone the old Hd to the SSD.  It worked perfectly.  The machine booted from the SSD perfectly.  However, a short time later I tried to restart the laptop and it was completely dead.  The indicator light by the power port is on and white.  I've spent hours "Googling"  various pages reporting the same or similar problems.  I've tried everything; battery in/out, hard reset, putting the original HD back in, disconnecting all usb devices, etc.  Nothing works.  There are no LEDs on (except for the power plug indicator), no fan noise, no screen flicker...nothing!

I hope that someone can suggest more steps to take.  I even tried holding the Windows Logo key and "B" down while pressing the power switch to go into bios with no luck.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
