  • El arranque se detiene en la pantalla del logotipo:

Ejecute las pruebas de diagnóstico de hardware de PC de HP para determinar si el equipo funciona correctamente, no me aparece ningún problema pero se sigue viendo solo la pantalla negra y logotipo de hp sin que pueda acceder a windows.
