Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Elitebook 840 G8 laptop went into power save mode and, when I powered it back up it started displaying an UEFI error saying it has recovered from an HDD failure.  If I boot off a LINUX boot CD you can see the encrypted (Bit Locker) partition but you cannot access it.

Has anybody else run into this issue?

I should add that the HDD passes all the BIOS checks.
