Elitepad 900 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have a group of Elitepad 900 G1s that will not boot on battery.  The BIOS has been updated to the latest available as of 2/17/2017.  They will boot and run normally when the AC adaptor is attached, but as soon as you unplus the adaptor they shut down.  They will not boot at all without the AC adaptor, not even to the HP startup splash screen.  I installed the HP Diagnostic tools on one while it was on the adaptor and ran the battery check utility and it said the batteries were good, but needed calibration.  When I try to calibrate them, I get the message that your device does not support automatic calibration.  I also ran the powercfg.exe /BATTERYREPORT command and it said the batteries were good.

How can I get the devices to actually boot when on battery only?
