Enter Administrator password or Power on password HP Envy

I have an HP Envy x360 M6-w103dx that is asking for to enter administrator password or power on password when it starts up. The error code is [i 52664961] when the wrong password is entered 3 times. Please help.

For that model and ( i ) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your master password from the System Disabled Code

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

Reboot the notebook, type in 65439724 and hit enter.

I have the same request for my HP Envy x360 (Model: 15-aq055na and P/N: F4B11EA#ABU). The System Disabled code is i 54814368 after finished the CMOS battery reset & t yped in the Administrative Password/Power On Password 3 times. Can I get the master password please? Thanks.
