Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R4AV)

My HP Env x360 suddenly will not power up.  The LED by the charger is lit but it will not boot.  I removed all peripherals and the charger, then held the power button down for 30 seconds.  It still did not restart.  I disconnected the battery and it still did not restart.  The computer is only 2 years old.  Does this mean there is an issue with the motherboard?
