Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop started to freeze up. Panic started to rise in my chest as I frantically clicked on different buttons, hoping to unfreeze my laptop.

 

But just few seconds, The screen went completely blank. I let out a frustrated sigh and tried to restart my laptop, but it wouldn't budge. I tried everything I could think of, but my laptop seemed to have a mind of its own.
