Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello. Ever since purchased new, my Envy X360 shows me the blue screen, shuts down, and restarts. This happens at random whenever I am on battery power. It will happen multiple times within a matter of 10-15 minutes.
Of course, since I never know when it is going to happen, I have been unable to capture the error code. This happened both with WIndows 10 os and now with Windows 11 os.
My solution has been to just stay connected to electrical power, but I need to work towards a long term solution.
I appreciate your help!
