Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop will not boot up when the power button is pressed. When power cable is connected, the red light at the power connection comes on, and when you press the power button, the power button and power connection turns white, but the screen remains black, and you do not hear a fan running or also no lights on the keyboard.

I tried a hard reset without any improvement.
