Tried pressing power button for 15 seconds.... f key for bios, different charger, usb-c charging port.

Nothing.

I cannot find out where to send this for service. it's under warranty.

Website sent me on a wild goose chase to UbreakFix saying it was a service center... the guy just laughed.

Noplace on the website for phone number.... no customer service?

In case of technically unsolvable problems:

(1) There should be a proof of invoice

(2) HP warranty should be valid

(3) HP support should be contacted

(4) If the "product" cannot be repaired, a new "product" should be provided.

(5The online warranty date is often wrong (mostly the date of manufacture!).

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (invoice) !
