Hello everyone,
My PC was performing Microsoft updates on its own but since it was not powered and the battery was flat, it turned off.
Now it keeps restarting, turning on for a second and then turning off immediately. I tried with the F11 key and no option works and it also gives me the error 0xc0000225.
I used the instructions from HP support but when I want to reinstall the operating system, I get the message that BitLocker is enabled in the selected partition and I should suspend it from the control panel, but obviously I can't start Windows to perform any operation.
I'm desperate because I can't find a solution.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me

When you see that message, simply hit the Delete key in the screen and the partition will turn to "unallocated space."
Delete all other partitions the same way, and you eventually only see unallocated space then click Next to proceed the installation.
let us know how it goes.
