Hp Pavillion Dv7
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had this laptop for a few years been very good. One day went to turn on and it wont start windows and says my wifi module is not supported. Nothing is connected or in cd drive. It wont go past this screen. Bought a smaller cheaper laptop just like this one better and would like to have it working again. Also have never changed anything on the laptop.

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? 

Could you share an image of the error message? So we know exactly what you are referring to!

Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?
